We are so lucky to be surrounded by family, friends, and a community that supports our efforts.
No matter your ‘label’, it’s important to know you’re not alone. Quite often, the most helpful tools can be learned from others. That only happens when we aren’t afraid to talk to each other.
For that reason alone, the best thing you can do to help is to continue the conversation and be sure people, especially our young people, understand that our mental wellness is imperative to our overall wellness.
You can join us at any, and all, of these events. You can also donate towards our efforts, or become a business sponsor and have your business placed on our t-shirts.
It just may be that the most important thing you can do is have a conversation. Let’s help educate, let’s end the stigma.
