Every Day I’m Not Fighting with OCD is a Good Day…

I taped Chicago Med Tuesday night, and I’m watching it now. They are treating a man with OCD who has intrusive thoughts, which I can relate to. They are treating him with EXPOSURE THERAPY, which I know a lot about because that was a big part in my treatment at Mcleans OCDII,

I love seeing how openly the actors and actresses talk about Mental Illness, and also how many shows bring in Mental Illness into the story line.

I thank God how good I’ve been feeling lately. Every day that I’m not fighting with OCD is a great day! I’ll take it for now, and try to fight it when it comes back.

OCD can be treated with Meds, Exposure Therapy, attending meetings to talk to people who also have this issue.
